Rodney Heng

Managing Director

Rodney was previously the Executive Director at The Hub Children & Youth charity.  He also held the role of Fundraising Director for Save the Children Hong Kong growing the fundraising portfolio from US$6.8m to US$21.5m.  Rodney has worked with numerous non-profit organisations in Asia, including MSF, the UN, Heifer, Samaritan's Purse, Yayasan Chow Kit amongst others.

Andre Ong

Information Technology & Solutions

Andre was previously the Group Chief Information Officer at Crown Resorts Ltd.  In a prior capacity, he was the Senior Vice President of Technology & Chief Information Officer at Wynn Resorts Macau.  Andre has also held roles at Shangri-La Hotels & Resort.  Andre provides his advice and insights on information technology solutions and development.

Tiffany Tan

Multi-Media

Tiffany is a Director of T&K Premium Resources Sdn. Bhd.  She serves in an honorary capacity as a member of the Advisory Panel and WIM Millennials Committee for The Women’s Institute of Management (WIM).  She's an active Rotarian having served as President of the Rotary Club of Titiwangsa and later as Assistant Governor in Rotary International District 3300.  Tiffany majored in communication design and multimedia.

Frankie Heng

Finance

Frankie was the Senior Vice President, Hospitality & Asset Management for Ireka Development Management Sdn. Bhd.  He previously held senior finance roles as for Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La Asia hotels.

Su-Ming Tan

Legal

Su-Ming is the Assitant General Counsel at Citadel.  She previously held roles as Executive Director, Senior Legal Counsel at Nomura.
